From departmental manager roles within the motor industry and time working as a college lecturer, Martin moved to direct sales where he started on the first rung of the ladder as a self employed, commission only sales executive and within three years was regional sales director of a commercial property company.
As part of the role, Martin was given the task of developing the national sales force and within a further two years had put his learning and development skills to good use as an integral part of this award winning, multi million pound turnover public company.
Further progression then saw him as one of the founders of A M A Consulting Ltd which formed the basis of what has become Pulman Hughes today.
As well as designing or delivering training, Martin is a highly regarded public speaker and Prince2 qualified project manager. |
